At the halfway point in our scheduled year with the MINI, we’ve clocked nearly 6500 miles on the sporty red hatchback, including three roundtrips from Southern California to Las Vegas. Our MINI has yet to get up close and personal with a service bay of any sort, and other than a mysterious dash light that appeared suddenly at 4500 miles and vanished almost as quickly, we’ve had nothing to trouble our minds. In fact, the only wear and tear to mention is a loose battery cover on the key fob. 2010 Volkswagen Touareg W12 Sport Edition by CoverEFX
German tuner CoverEFX have remastered the tapes on the VW Touareg W12 and have come up with their own limited edition series of the model. The Erftstadt-based tuner has unveiled the VW Touareg W12 Sport Edition – a series which will be limited to 500 units. CoverEFX has wrapped the Touareg in a two-tone CFC film of gun-metal and black gloss to give it the proper sporty look. A boosting of power under the hood is also performed by means of some software tuning, bringing the horsepower figure to a nice round 500 PS (368 kW). Some electronic tuning of the chassis is also part of the package with a sportier ride and a suspension lowering of unspecified centimeters. The W12 Sport Edition is fitted with 22-inch RS-L light alloy rims from Kahn wrapped in Pirelli Zero Scorpion high-performance tires of 295/30-22 dimensions. The rims are definitely stylistically unique with their red pinstripes and black powder coat. Price for the vehicle and tuning package together comes to €140500

A beautiful day in Toronto Ontario Canada we started Vaughn Mall parking lot and cruised up Highway 400 up past Barrie, Orillia, Cumberland Beach and on the way up to Bala where we turned around and headed back to Orillia for dinner.
