1960 Jaguar XK150 FHC for Sale

This fantastic classic Jaguar XK150 FHC was in storage in Southern California from 1975 to 2001 partially disassembled with the engine out. Jaguar Heritage Trust indicates it has all original matching numbers components and colors and was built on April 8, 1960. The car was purchased in November 2001 by a retired bay area engineer; completely stripped from the frame up, blasted where necessary and painted in DuPont Variprime and Jaguar code BRG acrylic urethane base coat and clear coat. All the rubber was replaced. It was fitted with new (original scheme) suede green interior from BAS, LTD. Built to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the E-type, the XKR-S has an aggressive front fascia, aerodynamic side skirts, and LED-infused headlights. Elsewhere, the car is equipped with black mesh grille inserts, new front fenders, a sporty rear diffuser, and a massive rear wing. As one of the most powerful Jaguars ever created, the XKR-S uses a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine with 550 PS (405 kW / 542 hp) and 680 Nm (501 lb-ft) of torque. It enables the coupe to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds, 0-100 mph in 8.6 seconds, and on to a top speed of 186 mph (300 km/h).
